This select villa rental nestles in the hills of Cap Marti on the prestigious El Tosalet urbanization which is located in Javea on the Costa Blanca known as the orange blossom coast. It is an idyllic holiday rental for large groups or for that perfect family holiday. The atmosphere at this lovely villa is of peace and tranquility.
The landscape of Javea features rocky bays and headlands with stunning views and a selection of beaches to suit every taste and all framed by the stunning backdrop of the Montgo Mountain.

Those who have been lucky enough to spend a holiday here return to this villa over and over again. This villa rental is Full of character and traditional Spanish charm, it is quiet, beautifully maintained yet near to all the fun of the nightlife bars and restaurants. With it's flexible accommodation situated in three separate buildings it is ideal for large families holidaying together.

 Property Features The villa itself is a perfect family holiday rental, split into 3 separate buildings which sleep 6 - 12 persons.
We only accept one rental booking at a time.

1. The historic old Finca has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room, dining room and a newly refurbished kitchen, beautifully equipped with modern appliances and set into an outside naya,leading directly to an enclosed, walled andaluzian patio from which the house takes its name.
This charming enclosed courtyard at this villa for rent provides a large al fresco dining area through the summer, bordered all around by flowering bouganvillae and hibiscus. A canvas pergola provides welcome shade from the sun.

Large wooden doors then lead to the terraced pool area.

The main house at this villa rental is a beautifully restored finca and has two bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Both bathrooms in the main house are newly refurbished and well appointed with modern fittings.

2. The single storey apartment at this holiday villa overlooks the 10 x 5 metre pool and has two double bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room.

3. The self contained ground floor annexe has a double bed with a shower and toilet.

There is an outside summer kitchen, having a covered barbecue which makes guests in the apartment partially independent of the main villa kitchen.

Under the strawberry tree in the meditterrannean garden (with lawn) is a coldwater shower for use before entering the pool or just cooling off.

There is closed gated parking for 2 cars and outside off-road parking for three vehicles.

Television with CD/video cassette player are in the lounge. 24 popular English channels are available via Swiss cable, a re-beamed microwave system via a small mesh dish.

This holiday villa rental is set on a flat plot with few steps so it is child friendly.

There are 3 steps from the garden to the pool area and 5 to the apartment.

The land line telephone is left connected and guests may use it to call any land line in Western Europe*. but not mobiles. This service is left connected on trust.

12th July to 30 August 2008 2250 UK Pounds per week.

28 June - 12th July £1800 UK pounds per week
30 August - 13 September 2008 £1800 UK per week

31st May - 28th June 2008 £1500 UK pounds per week

October - April 2008 £1,000 UK pounds per week

A deposit of 30% of the full rental price is payable at the time of booking.

The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the rental period and is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the rental contract.

If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation penalties apply as specified in the contract. However should the villa subsequently be let, a refund will be made, less the deposit.

We therefore strongly recommend that holiday insurance is obtained.

Please note that the months of July and August are available only for a minimum one week rental period.

HOLIDAY INFORMATION
 Nearest Airport Alicante and Valencia are 96km and 105km in either direction.
 Local Activities Javea is villa land and popular with families. The Arenal beach is one of the very few along the whole Spanish coast where you can sit and watch children on the sand and in the sea from the comfort of a bar or restaurant and know that there are no busy roads to cross.

In contrast there are coves and beaches that require little effort to access on foot.

Restaurants abound in variety and price, a three course "Menu del dia" can be had for as little as 8.5 Euros, including wine, and decent food at that.

Javea was once a small fishing village, which has grown in popularity and can offer something for everyone. The old fisherman’s quarter "Aduanas de Mar" harbors a great many boats from the humble fishing fleet to ocean going yachts.

The Old Town "El Pueblo" with its wealth of architecture, history and narrow windy streets offers a contrast to the sunny beaches and popular restaurants and souvenir shops.

In season Javea has its share of night clubs and discos which stay open until the early hours of the morning and rarely start before midnight.

Further afield (50 mins) is Benidorm where you will find the acclaimed theme park Terra Mitica, with some of the best rides in Europe and the water park Aqualandia.

The nightclub Benidorm Palace has one of the largest stages in the world and productions to rival the best in any city, well worth a visit and excellent value for money.

The town of Oliva (40 mins) has the famous venue, Viva Espana, offering one of Spains most professional Flamenco shows.

Additionally there are two golf clubs in the vicinity, one of which is the new and popular Marriott La Sella 18 hole course, which also has spa facilities.

All water sports are available and the yacht clubs are open for dining to non members. Most water craft may be hired localy.


RENTAL NOTES
 Additional Comments Javea is located roughly mid way between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca and both airports are well served by the major Airlines, BA, Easyjet, Ryanair, Thompson etc.

Further south is Murcia airport which is a usefull last resort for flights. Journey time to Javea is approximately one and a half hours drive, 65 miles from Alicante and 75 from Valencia. Drive time from Calais France is 20 hours on the road, 1200 miles. 2 days minimum.
